Complimentary Loaner Vehicles

Plan the visit around your schedule.

Complimentary loaner vehicles are available for qualifying authorized repairs, subject to availability and advance scheduling. Tell your advisor that you need a loaner when arranging the appointment.

Before your service visit.

• Request a loaner when booking; availability is limited.
• Your advisor confirms eligibility and the permitted loaner period.
• Bring the driver’s license, insurance information and any other items required by the loaner agreement.
• Review the agreement and return instructions before taking the vehicle.

If the repair plan or timing changes, contact your advisor to coordinate the next step.
