A diagnostic process, not just a code scan
A fault scan is a starting point. We combine your description of the symptom with the stored faults, system data and physical testing needed to investigate the cause. Several fault codes may share one underlying power, wiring or communication problem.
Help us reproduce the concern
Describe when it happens: cold start, after a long drive, in rain, under acceleration or after the vehicle sits. Bring recent repair history and mention battery replacement, jump-starting, modifications and accessory installations. Photos or video of an intermittent warning can help.
Diagnostic time depends on the problem. Your advisor explains the initial testing scope and contacts you if additional authorization is needed. Once findings support a recommendation, we explain what was confirmed, what remains uncertain and the next step.
